Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data we process when you visit this website or contact us, why we do it, and what rights you have. It applies to visitors in the EU/EEA, Switzerland and elsewhere.

Who is responsible

PAMO Technologies sp. z o.o. (KRS 0001273458, NIP 8993070635), registered office at Dyrekcyjna 1/142, 50-528 Wrocław, Poland, is the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us at biuro@pamotechnologies.com.

What we collect

If you write to us by email, including through the contact form (which opens your own email app and sends nothing through this website), we receive the details you provide: your name, email address, company and the content of your message. Our hosting provider also processes technical data such as your IP address and request metadata in server logs, which is needed to deliver and secure the website.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools.

Why we process it

We use your enquiry details to answer you and to prepare a possible engagement, which is our legitimate interest and, where you ask for a proposal, a step taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(f) and (b) GDPR). We process server logs on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure and reliable website.

Who receives it

We share data only with service providers that help us run the website and handle enquiries, currently our hosting and content-delivery provider, Cloudflare, and our email provider. They act on our instructions. We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

Some providers may process data outside your country or the EEA. Where this happens we rely on an adequacy decision or on standard contractual clauses and comparable safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and, unless a contract or legal duty requires longer, no more than 24 months after our last contact. Our hosting provider keeps server logs for a short period that it sets itself.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, to object to processing and to receive a copy of it. These rights come from the GDPR, the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection, Zambia’s Data Protection Act and similar laws. You can also complain to your local supervisory authority, for example the UODO in Poland.
