Built to pass the audit

We start by analysing your data, roles, processes and potential failure scenarios. Next we define the project scope, take care of security and build a solution tailored to your organisation. We stay with you at every stage of the rollout, until your team can manage the system on its own and make full use of what it can do.

Boring on purpose. Reliable by design.
Discovery01

Model the work

We map your data, roles, workflows, decision points, integrations and failure cases, before a line of code or a GPU order.

Scope02

Pick the right problem

We turn the model into a focused scope: which tasks the AI owns, which stay human, and what “good” looks like in measurable terms.

Secure03

Design for the audit

We review architecture, permissions, network segmentation and data flows up front, so the system is ready for your security and compliance teams.

Build04

Wire it into your stack

We select and evaluate open models for your language and tasks, then build the business logic and adapters that connect them to your existing software.

Install05

Install on-premise

We size the hardware, install everything inside your network, air-gapped if required, and prove it works with the connection cut.

Improve06

Hand over, then improve

We document, train your team, support you after go-live and run evaluation loops so the system gets better instead of drifting.

Why on-premise?

A smarter way to adopt AI.

Cloud AI is quick to start and hard to defend in an audit. On-premise AI takes real engineering, which is exactly what we do.

Co-Founder · Engineering

Tomasz

Tomasz leads engineering. He has worked with most of the largest EU, US and AU energy corporations and critical-infrastructure operators, leading technology transformations and data migrations for global groups.

In energy, Tomasz helped build a platform that grew from serving thousands of customers to almost 100 million customers worldwide. With his team he then led the migration of over 50% of UK electricity metering (UK MHHS), the most innovative and demanding regulatory change in British energy in decades. Timing and correctness were critical: the team migrated its group at record pace and was the first company in the UK to finish, in full compliance with the required protocol.

He also owned the product and technical side of completing ISO 27001 and SOC 2 audits, working with leading global consultancies. Having been through many such audits as the party being audited, he knows what auditors look for and builds with that in mind.

Earlier, in banking, he built custom software and installed it on-premise for most of Poland’s largest banks and other financial institutions. Before that he worked in finance too, helping build a professional trading platform and a set of tools and indices that support trading.

At PAMO Technologies he brings it all together. Private, on-premise AI is the discipline he has practised for years: software that runs inside the client’s walls, meets audit requirements and implements the company’s business logic.

Why we do this

Some data should never leave the building.

We kept meeting organisations that wanted the benefits of AI but could not send their data to someone else’s cloud, because of regulation, contracts, or plain common sense.

So we bring the AI to the data. Models run on your hardware, inside your network, connected to the software you already depend on. The result is automation you can explain to an auditor.

Talk to the team→

Modelling first

We understand data, users, rules and risks before we build anything.

Scope is a product decision

We solve the right problem clearly instead of adding features.

Security from the start

We shape architecture, permissions and data flows early instead of patching them in.

Proven technology

We choose modern tools that are mature, maintainable and fit for purpose.

Disciplined AI

We ground agents in real workflows, evaluate them, integrate them safely and monitor them in production.

Durable systems

We deliver systems you can operate, with documentation and support after handover.

FAQ

What do “on-premise” and “offline” AI actually mean?

The AI models run on servers you own, inside your own network. Nothing goes to an external API, and the system can run fully air-gapped, with no internet connection at all. Updates reach it only in a controlled way that you approve.

Which organisations is this a good fit for?

Organisations where data cannot or should not leave the building: banks and finance, energy and utilities, critical infrastructure, public bodies, healthcare, legal and industry, or any business that simply prefers to own its stack.

Is local AI as capable as the big cloud models?

For many business tasks such as document processing, search over internal knowledge, classification, extraction, drafting and workflow automation, modern open models running locally perform very well, especially when combined with your own data and rules. We evaluate candidate models on your real tasks and tell you honestly where a local model is, or isn’t, enough.

How does it handle thousands of documents?

Instead of squeezing documents into a single prompt, we build a dedicated retrieval layer (RAG) that indexes your files on your own servers. For every question it finds the relevant passages across thousands of documents, hands them to the model together with their sources, and keeps the model focused on what matters. You get precise answers with references, without the context-window limits and thinning attention of typical cloud and copilot tools.

What hardware do we need?

It depends on the models and the number of users. During discovery we size the hardware (GPU servers, workstations or a modest on-site cluster) and we can work with what you already have. We are not tied to any hardware vendor.

Can it connect to the software we already use?

Yes, that is a core part of the work. We build adapters to your existing systems: databases, ERP and CRM, document stores, internal tools and even legacy applications, so the AI works inside your processes instead of next to them.

What is the “custom business logic” part?

A model alone doesn’t run a business. We encode your rules, approvals, validation steps and escalation paths around the AI, so the system checks its output, makes it traceable and keeps it consistent with how your organisation works, with a human in the loop where it matters.

How does this help with GDPR and other regulation?

Keeping processing inside your own infrastructure removes third-country transfers and vendor sub-processors from the picture, which simplifies compliance with the GDPR and comparable regimes, including Swiss and other national data-protection laws. We design with privacy and audit in mind and help prepare documentation for your security and compliance teams. We do not provide legal advice.

How do updates and improvements work offline?

We deliver versioned updates that you can review and install on your schedule, through a controlled transfer for air-gapped environments. Evaluation sets let us measure that each new model or change is a real improvement before it goes live.

How long does a project take, and what does it cost?

Scope drives both. We usually begin with a focused pilot on one valuable use case, so you see real results on your own data before committing to a wider rollout. After discovery we give you a clear scope, timeline and price.

Who runs and supports the system afterwards?

Your team can. We train them and document everything. We also offer ongoing support, updates and monitoring if you want us close, but you are never locked in: the system runs on your infrastructure, with your data.

Do you also work with cloud or hybrid setups?

Our focus is on-premise and offline. If part of your landscape is in the cloud, we can design a hybrid setup where sensitive data and processing stay local and only what you explicitly allow goes out.

Which countries and languages do you work in?

We serve organisations across Poland, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the wider EU/EEA, and can work with clients elsewhere, including in Africa. We deliver in Polish, English and German, and we evaluate models for your language.
